SUPPORT

Answers fast. A person when you need one.

Ask the SendAxion AI assistant at any time, switch to a live agent in the same chat, or open a ticket with our help desk when something needs investigating.

Our help desk opens in a new tab at helpdesk.walexbiznig.com. It is run by Walexbiz, the company behind SendAxion.

WAYS TO GET HELP

Choose the channel that fits the question.

AI assistant and live chat

Select Support in the bottom corner of any page on sendaxion.com or in your dashboard. The SendAxion AI assistant answers questions about the Email API, SMTP, sending domains, events, webhooks, suppressions, pricing and moving from another provider.

Choose Live agent to continue with a person. Your recent conversation with the assistant goes with you.

Help desk tickets

Best for anything that needs investigation: messages that weren’t delivered, bounces, domain verification, account access, billing and plan questions. A ticket keeps the whole conversation, and any files you attach, in one thread.

Email

Write to support@sendaxion.com from an email address on your workspace, so we can find your account quickly. Email support is included with every paid plan.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

What to include in a request

The more of this we have in the first message, the faster we can trace what happened.

  • Workspace name and the email address you sign in with.
  • Message ID or recipient address. The message_id from the API response or Message activity is the quickest way for us to trace a message.
  • Times in UTC. When it happened, or the window to look at, for example 12 Oct 2026, 14:05–14:20 UTC.
  • The exact error text. The full SMTP reply, such as a 550 5.1.1 line, or the API status code and response body. Paste text rather than screenshots where you can.
  • Sending domain and the From address you used.
  • What changed. What you expected, what happened instead, and anything that changed recently, such as new DNS records, new code or a new list.
Example request
Workspace: Example Ltd (production)
Signed in as: ops@example.com
Sending domain: mail.example.com
Message ID: from the API response or Message activity
Recipient: jane@example.org
Time (UTC): 2026-10-12 14:05–14:20
Error: 550 5.1.1 <jane@example.org>: Recipient
                 address rejected
What happened: Password-reset emails to example.org
                 have bounced since 14:05 UTC.

Never send secrets. Don’t include passwords, full API keys, SMTP passwords, webhook signing secrets or card numbers in a ticket, chat or email. If we need to identify a key or credential, its name is enough.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Quick answers

What are the SMTP settings?

Use the host smtp.sendaxon.net with port 587 (STARTTLS) or port 465 (SSL/TLS), and sign in with SMTP AUTH (PLAIN or LOGIN) using the username and password of an SMTP credential from your dashboard. The same hostname works for transactional, marketing and combined credentials.

My sending domain won’t verify. What should I check?

Publish each record exactly as the dashboard shows it, on the right host name and without extra quotes, and make sure the domain has only one SPF record. DNS changes can take a while to become visible; once they are, run verification again. If your DNS is hosted on Cloudflare, Connect Cloudflare can publish the records for you. See the sending domains guide.

Why wasn’t my message delivered?

Open the message in Message activity and read its event timeline, which includes the receiving server’s reply. A 4xx reply is temporary and SendAxion retries; a 5xx reply is final. After a hard bounce or a spam complaint the address is suppressed, so later messages to it are skipped. If the reply mentions spam, policy or authentication, check your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, then open a ticket with the message ID.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Owners and admins can change plans in Settings → Account → Plan and add-ons. Paid plans renew monthly on your saved card. To stop renewal, remove the card in Settings → Account → Billing; your plan then ends at the close of the period you’ve paid for. Payments made with Paystack cover one month and don’t renew.

How do I get a copy of my data or close my account?

Owners and admins can request a data export or the closure of the workspace in Settings → Account → Data & privacy. You can also write to privacy@sendaxion.com.

How do I report spam sent through SendAxion?

Email abuse@sendaxion.com with the full message, including its headers (“Show original” or “View source” in most email apps), and the date you received it.
