This Cookie Policy explains how Walexbiz Group Ltd ("SendAxion", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on sendaxion.com (the "website") and in the SendAxion dashboard at dashboard.sendaxion.com. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
3. How we use cookies
- Essential
- Needed for the website and dashboard to work, to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off in our cookie settings.
- Functional
- Remember choices you make, such as a language or currency. They do not track you and are not shared with anyone.
- Live support
- Used by Tawk.to to run live chat with our support team, and only after you start a live chat.
- Analytics
- Our cookie settings include an Analytics category, but we do not use any analytics cookies or scripts today. If we add analytics in future, they will run only if you have opted in, and we will update this policy first.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

sa_currency is set only when you pick a currency yourself. Tawk.to is loaded only when you choose Connect to live agent in the support assistant; until then, no Tawk.to script, cookie or storage is placed on your device. Because live chat cannot work without them, Tawk.to’s cookies are part of the service you ask for when you start a chat.

When you sign out of the dashboard, we close any live chat and remove Tawk.to’s cookies and storage from that browser, so the next person to use it does not see your conversation.
6. Other third-party services
Our website and dashboard load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details. According to Google, the Google Fonts service does not set cookies.
When you pay through Flutterwave or Paystack, or sign in with Google or GitHub, those services may set their own cookies on their own pages. Their cookie and privacy policies apply.
7. Your choices
- Cookie preferences. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies or choose by category. You can change your choices at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page on sendaxion.com. Reject all keeps only essential storage.
- Live chat. If you do not want Tawk.to’s cookies, do not start a live chat. You can reach us through our help desk or at support@sendaxion.com instead.
- Your browser. You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. If you block essential storage, parts of the website or dashboard may not work, you will be asked about cookies again, and you may not stay signed in.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
